Cancellation Policy

This policy governs your participation in The Alcohol Relationship Reset Course (“Program”) and use of www.rethinkingtheinfluence.com (“Site”) presented by 2nd 20 LLC (“Company”). By accessing our Program Portal/Membership Site, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its Programs without refund if you become disruptive, fail to follow Program guidelines, or impair the participation of others. Program Deliverables: Entry-Level Program: Audio Book, Digital Book. Comprehensive Program: Audio Book, Digital Book, Reset Method, Reset Worksheets, Reset Course, Reset Community Access, one 30-minute 1:1 follow-up call within 30 days of purchase. Individualized Program: Audio Book, Digital Book, Reset Method, Reset Worksheets, Reset Course, Reset Community Access, four 60-minute 1:1 follow-up calls within 60 days of purchase, 24/7 Q&A Message Access. Content & Usage: Program content is intended for general educational purposes and should not be construed as specific advice or therapy. All materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or distributed without express written consent from the Company. Violations will result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund. Privacy & Confidentiality: You agree to respect the confidentiality of fellow participants and the Company’s intellectual property. Confidential information shared during the Program should not be disclosed or used outside the Program. Interactive Features: You must not use the Membership Site/Private Student Group to engage in illegal activities, impersonation, or unauthorized access. The Company may monitor and remove content at its discretion. Limitation of Liability: The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Program. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Site and Program. Refund Policy: All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided. Chargebacks are not permitted. Dispute Resolution: All disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Florida. You may not bring claims as part of a class or representative action.
